West End staple, restauranteur and Chef Tony Street of Y.O. Steakhouse showed off his mad cooking skills last week on WFAA’s News 8 Daybreak, with his famous Chicken-fried lobster. Tony has been frying in kitchens for most of his life, and learned his early culinary prowess from his Uncle Gene (yes…THAT Gene Street) earning him not only street cred as one of the best in town – but sealing his fate to be King of the Fry. From his early beginnings as a fry cook, to a respected and well traveled Chef – Tony keeps it real by constantly creating new flavor sensations. This year his pairing of a delicious Chicken-fried lobster with a savory sweet lemon caper butter sauce and completing it with dry Champagne, takes the taste sensation to new heights.

We are so proud of Tony, and so glad he is a part of the Dallas West End family. Be sure and stop in and see them this holiday season, or any season. Click here to see the segment!
